Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Production Manager
- Responsible for Production results, improvement plans, help set production improvement goals, ensure priorities and accountabilities are clear, provide resources and remove obstacles to ensure success.
- Design and implement production improvement strategies for safety, cost, quality, training, inventory and services.
- Analyze and draw information for long-term strategic change and improvement for multiple teams/shifts.
- Ensure that manufacturing team members meet site goals and objectives in the establishment of sites’ annual production plans
- Plans, directs and coordinates the ordering and distribution of products, parts, and accessories. maximize sales potential consistent with good inventory control
- Lead significant projects & improvement initiatives, scheduling and planning, budgeting and control on assigned production lines
Product Development Staff
- Smooth development of items for local supply
- Identify feasible and cost effective methods for product development
- Provide on time estimates with the best production capability
- Circulation updates among internal departments
- Provide counter sample approvals
- Ensure timely and consistent availability of samples
- Take responsibility for the housekeeping in your area including sample storage, appropriate filing
Syarat Pekerjaan
Production Manager
- Min Bachelor’s degree, preferred from Industrial Engineering
- 5+ years Operations/Manufacturing experience with
- Willing to be placed in Semarang, Central Java or any other assigned business places
- Strong organizational skills in strategy, communication at all levels and execution
- Strong leadership skills. Ability to lead, contribute, and influence others in a team-based organization
- Excellent organizational and people skills, project management skills, with an ability to openly convey information to team members in a timely, concise manner
Product Development Staff
- Min S1
- English Literate (Writing & listening) is a must
- Good communication skills
- Report writing skills
- Adequate knowledge and experience in Offset/Digital printing
- Subject : Product Development
HRD GA Senior Staff
- Education Min. D3
- Experience as HR & GA min. 5 year
- Have knowledge and usually handle of Recruitment, Training, Payroll, PKWT, Legalitas, Insurance, infrastructure, Vehicle, HSE, etc.
- Familiar with Office Application such as Ms. Office
- Showing a good personality and good communication skill
- High initiative and good as teamwork
- Fluent in English
- Preferably those who have worked in garment / textile
- Usually handling internal and external audits
- Has handled around 500 employees
- To be place in Semarang, Central Java
